Breaking News – Venue change for this Sunday (February 9th)
Due to issues with the condition of the pavement at Gulf Greyhound Park, we will not be able to run there this weekend. Therefore we will be relocating our event this Sunday, February 9th to nearby Grandsport Speedway. We apologize for this change so close to the event date and hope that you all will still be able to join us on Sunday. Hopefully this is an opportunity to run at another unique Houston venue and get more practice leading up to The Texas National Tour to be held there in June.
We are still in the process of getting the contract finalized but have received verbal confirmation at this point in time. We wanted to get this information out as soon as possible so please bear with us while we work out the remaining details and stay tuned for further updates.
Gulf Greyhound Park will be continue to work on repairs and will be ready to hold events again in March for our Practice and Event #3 schedule there on March 7th and 8th.

Autocross events are driving skill contests that emphasize the driver’s ability and the car’s handling characteristics. This is accomplished by driving a course that is designated by traffic cones on a low hazard location, such as a parking lot or inactive airstrip. While speeds are no greater than those normally encountered in legal highway driving, the combination of concentration and car feedback creates an adrenaline pumping experience. It is like being in a movie chase scene, only you are holding onto the steering wheel instead of a box of popcorn!
Bookmark this page on your smartphone to keep up with the results during the event. This is a good way to keep tabs on the competition if you can’t hear the P/A announcements.
